Developed by Oak Row Equities and designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, 2600 Biscayne is a landmark 41-story development that will redefine the future of work, living, and lifestyle along the Biscayne Corridor. The project will feature approximately 187,000 square feet of Class AAA office and retail space, along with 399 luxury residential residences, creating a dynamic live-work-play environment in one of Miami’s fastest-growing districts.
