Universal Parking Launches New District-Wide Parking Program in Dallas’ Lower Greenville Neighborhood

Universal Parking is excited to announce a new partnership with Madison Partners and Andres Properties to bring a more convenient, connected parking experience to one of Dallas’ most vibrant neighborhoods – Lower Greenville.

The new parking program encompasses 1004 parking spaces across 23 locations throughout the district, creating a coordinated parking network designed to better serve the restaurants, retailers, businesses and guests that make Lower Greenville such a special destination.

Known for its tree-lined streets, sidewalk patios and incredible mix of local restaurants, bars and shops, Lower Greenville has evolved into one of Dallas’ most recognizable walkable neighborhoods. Madison Partners and Andres Properties have played an important role in that transformation for decades, helping shape the area into the thriving district it is today.

As the neighborhood has grown, so has the importance of making parking easy to find, easy to understand and easy to use.

Universal Parking is installing ParkChirp Scan to Pay technology throughout the 22-lot portfolio, allowing visitors to park and pay directly from their phones through conveniently located QR codes. The goal is simple: spend less time figuring out where and how to park, and more time enjoying Lower Greenville.

By bringing nearly 1,000 existing parking spaces together under a coordinated operating and technology platform, Universal Parking, Madison Partners and Andres Properties are creating a parking experience that better supports the entire neighborhood – from a quick coffee or shopping trip to dinner and a night out.
