Universal Parking is proud to announce that we have been selected to manage parking operations at the highly anticipated Wynwood Plaza, as of May 1, 2025. As one of Miami’s most exciting new mixed-use destinations located at the nexus of the Wynwood, Midtown, Design District and Edgewood neighborhoods, Wynwood Plaza is poised to become a vibrant hub of commerce, culture, and entertainment.

This state-of-the-art development spans over one million square feet and features a stunning 12-story Class AAA office tower, over 500 luxury rental residences, and 25,000 square feet of retail and dining space. At its core lies a beautifully designed public plaza, bringing open-air connectivity and community gathering to one of the city’s most creative neighborhoods.
