Brickell View Terrace is in the sophisticated Brickell area of trendy Downtown Miami. The Brickell Metro Rail Station is conveniently located across the street, allowing for flexibility in neighborhood commuting. The garage, located at 110 SW 9th Street, is within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Center. Brickell City Center is a cosmopolitan destination featuring upscale shopping, Restaurants plus surrounding high-end hotels.

Operations began April 1, 2023, and we are extremely excited to be expanding our footprint in the Miami / Brickell CBD areas.
